Changes to Online Banking and Bill Pay effective 6/30/22

Passwords: Your password must be at least 9 characters long and include the following:

  1. It must have at least 1 CAPITAL LETTER
  2. At least 1 lower case letter
  3. At least 2 numbers
  4. And 1 special character, like !@#%* (can not use a question mark)

If your password does not meet the password requirements and you are unable to logon, click on the “Reset Security Code” link and a temporary password will be emailed to the address on file.  You may call the credit union if you need assistance at 562 597-0351 during regular business hours.

You must read and accept the terms and conditions presented on the page.  If you do not have a current phone number or security questions set up, you must enter those before it will let you continue.

e-Statements:  If you do not want to discontinue paper statements, DO NOT click on the e-Statement link in home banking.  This will automatically enroll you in e-Statements and you will no longer get a paper statement.  Our vendor is working to correct this.

Bill Pay Downtime:  Bill Pay will be unavailable Tuesday, 6/28/22 & Wednesday, 6/29/22.
